Win32/dssdoor.naa Trojan

Scanned HD with nod32
I can't clean it however i can delete it but i think its attached to a important windows file. (C:\WINDOWS\system32\setup_module.exe-Win32/DSSdoor.NAA trojan)
How do i go abouts removing this trojan.

Try doing your scan in "SAFE MODE".

Also download and scan with Dr.Web CureIt. Follow the instructions here for performing a scan.
