I've just completed the removal of malware from this machine, Bleeping Computer Thread Now I can not connect to the internet.

Background: This is a Win 2k Terminal Services Server. The client machines can connect to it with no issues.
From the box I can not ping by host name but can by IP

I can ping the gateway (192.168.101.11) DHCP (192.168.101.1) and DNS Server (192.168.101.3)

Pinging the outside world by name gives me the "Unknown Host" Error

I have tried to flush the DNS Cache also but to no avail

It's obvious something with DNS is buggered with this box, just not sure of the best path to take.

Try finding updates for your NIC card.

Updating the driver did not solve the issue.
