I'm not to comfortable with this site. I was hoping there would be a search box. I trying to find out what "GoToAssist_phone__268_en" is. I found it on my computer and I'm not sure where it came from or if I can safely get rid of it. I'm also afraid that even if you answer me I wont find it.

Hello Pbate19 and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. The HijackThis forum deals exclusively with virus and malware issues. The ]Windows XP Home and Professional forum can answer questions regarding applications.

That said, the GoToAssist application is a program made by Citrix to help with remote assistance. It is used by many companies and services to help their support services answer questions from their users. The XP forum would be able to answer any questions regarding this application.

I do not respond to PM's requesting help. That's what the forums are here for. Please use them so that others may benefit from your questions and the responses you receive.
