why is it on some sites vista wont let me type in my email addy all the way

like it lets me get so far then stops and wont let me type the rest of it in

Where are you talking about? the body of the post or the registration page?

It is probably the IE7 security having identified the particular site as a security risk.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

it happens in both mozilla and internet explorer

its where its says u have to type user namer and password thats where it wont let me type it in all the way and its only on some sites

Download and install McAfee Site Advisor http://www.siteadvisor.com/ this is for firefox, it should give better information on the sites that you are having problems with.
