Rhythm Help

Does anyone here know any practices on rhythm?

On the metronome, i do 50 Bpm
Then i start tapping my foot to each beat
then i start counting in
then after i count i try to play eightnotes, but my foot nd playing goes off beat with the metronome
i been trying to figure this out for the past 3 days all day but i still dont get it..

Are you playing this on a certain instrument, or just with your hands?

I'm not entirely sure I understand what you're saying, but if you're playing with your hands, you could try lining up your strong hand with your foot first, then fill in the 8th notes with the other hand.

Basically, if your foot lines up in the beginning, line up the quarter notes on whatever you're playing, then add 8ths. Maybe add an accent to the quarters so you remember where they are.
