Hello Mags and Welcome to Bleeping Computer!
Glad to have you with us but we know how it is
to have computer troubles, especially with spyware
and such.
Here's what we'd like for you to do:

Click on this link here to download HijackThis and the instructions on how to do everything is there also. HijackThis is a program that shows the experts just what the problems are and they are the only ones who can help guide you into fixing them.
Please don't tackle the results on your own as the results could be detrimental.
Download the program, install it, and post the results in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum.

Our staff works diligently and they volunteer their time and skills freely.
But we'll get your PC cleaned up in no time.

Thanks and enjoy your stay here.
