I was direct to explain my problem in this forum. The last person helped me a little bit but im still having this error show up when i try to open a certain programs. Well the only program it has done this to is (Start/ All Programs/ Accessories/ Calculator. Then once i try to open it up i get the fallowing error pop up...

calc.exe Illegal System DLL Relocation
The System DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLS. The Vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

I have searched for the calc.exe and deleted it then restarted my pc but its still showing up. Does anyone know how i can salve this issue? I even went to this link http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/935448/en-us to try that way and did all the updates but still nothing..

I'd suggest checking for what you've installed recently - I'd suspect that a new program has corrupted this process and caused the error to occur. Also, try checking your Event Viewer for error messages that may relate to this.

Here is a solution which worked acoording to the person,
solved the problem by editing the DLL's base address. I found the instruction at another forum and followed that. It works!
