Resently i was using my system and it crash. How can i use recovery console to get my data back

What kind of crash? If the system won't boot you can always try using a UBCD to copy files off the hard drive.

This should do the trick, alternatively you allways can go back to a previous restore point How to restore the operating system to a previous state in Windows XP
