Hi everyone... Well yesterday my computer started giving signs of virus infection... i had alerts coming up of trojans from my trend micro software... well i ran windows in safe mode and ran a scan with the counter spy software and deleted a lot of trojans that i had...

The problem is that when given the status of the scan i changed all those that had the option quarantine to DELETE... including a services.exe file which was located in C:/Windows/Servicepackfiles

And now everytime i start the computer i get an error that that file can't be located..

Other problem is that sometimes i get this message that services.exe had to be closed and that the computer is gonna be restarted after a minute.... Also the computer is going pretty slow since the whole virus infection signs started... and somehow i'm having problems with my ports cause well azureus is telling me that it can't establish connection with the computer to see if the port is firewalled or not... and that just started today... i don't have the firewall activated in that matter...

So could someone help me with this service.exe thing??? and also did i did something wrong by deleting that other service.exe file which was located in the servicepackfiles folder??? if it's important is there some way to get it back?? and also due to i having trojan problems before i don't know if the counterspy solved every problem so here's the hijack log file... I would appreciate if someone could check it and tell me if there's something wrong besides the above told and what to do...

Thanks in advance...

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum ozkar

Run 'BitDefender Online Scanner' using Internet Explorer:
http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html
Read the 'END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT' then click 'I agree'.
You'll be prompted to install the activex control, please do so.
Once installed, disable your current antivirus program, then click the 'Click here to scan' button.
The virus signatures will then load.
Once loaded the scan will start.
The scan will take quite some time so please be patient.
Once the scan has finished select the 'Detected Problems' tab.
Click on 'Click here to export scan'.
Save the file as an HTML file to your desktop.
Then click on the saved file and allow it to open with your browser.
Go to 'Edit'/'Select All' then copy and paste that log into your next reply.
*Note*
Don't forget to re-enable your antivirus program.

*****************

Please download Combofix and save to your desktop:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Beta/ComboFix.exe
Note:
It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop

Close any open browsers.
Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's finished it will produce a log.
Post the C:\ComboFix.txt into your next reply.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running.
That may cause the program to freeze/hang.

Also post a new Hijackthis log please.

Hi... Sorry for the time passed... Had to take my computer to my dad's lab for his computer had a failure of the power source... So i just recieved it yesterday and well i wanted to install a wireless network with my new laptop.. But for some reason the computer wasn't accepting the wireless desktop adapter i bought so i decided to install windows again for it was also really really slow... It worked though for now my wireless connection is up and running.. have a problem with being able to have a network between my laptop and the pc but i know that goes into another forum section..

So as i installed windows again i won't be needing the help anymore.. I'm really Sorry if i made u lose ur time... Hope you will understand.. And thanks for trying to help... you can close this one now..
