Can anyone help. I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 6400. Roxio Easy creator 9 DE and Drag-To-Disc was preinstalled. Windows Vista home premium OS; media centre works and I can copy music from CDs but easy media creator and drag to disc won't recognise the DVD drive Optiarc DVD+RW AD-5540A ATA device. The message is No recorder. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but only got the message that drivers could not be installed properly error 39

I've tried the Roxio website, but it's no help at all!!

Thank you to anyone who has any more ideas.
