At the same moment this small useless files is created in C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Temp folder.
The weird is that this file neither does some harm to my computer, neither i can remove it using all possible methods like Spybot, Ad-Aware, Spy Sweeper, Norton WinDoctor 2006, etc.
It just keep coming back.
Its not that my computer gets damaged, just it begins to drive me crazy every time this nag idiotic message appear.
So, i though i could post here my log. May be some people can suggest me a solution.
Thank you a lot.
Regards.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum az0000000

Help.exe - Backdoor.AntiLam.20
Backdoor Trojans are extremely dangerous because they provide a means of accessing a computer system that bypasses security mechanisms. Remote attackers use backdoor Trojans as part of an exploit to to gain unauthorized access to a computer and take control of it without your knowledge.
If your computer was used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately to include those used for email, eBay and forums.
You should consider them to be compromised.
They should be changed by using a different computer and not the infected one,if not an aattacker may get the new passwords and transaction information.
Banking and credit card institutions should be notified of the possible security breech.
