Hi pals I am having this problem. In the Normal windows I do not have such problems ( it seem normal as I could do my normal applications ). I tried to have a scan (for virus and spywares) in Safe mode. When the logon screen appears and when I try to logon to my username the mouse cursor move away from the username ( to the Left side ). When I tried the Tab key it did not respond to the taping made. After for a few seconds it close by itself without any error message. I have scan with Ad ware, Panda active scan, Stinger and Nod32 it seem to be quite clean in the scan result. I have enclosed the Hijackthis log for your analyses. My OS. XP Pro SP2. Please do the needful. Thanks.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer HijackThis Logs and Analysis forum pengchee

I cannot see anything at all suspicious in your log,but i have noticed you have Nero 7 InCD installed.
InCD can cause these type of safe mode access problems.
I suggest you visit the Nero/Ahead website and check there to see if you've got the very latest version of InCD installed.
There may well be an update available.
