I know there is a thread for Vista but my questions are about malware programs. I have Windows Vista Home Premium. When I had WinXP I used the following programs for security and maware: Norton Internet Security, Webroot Spysweeper, A-squared, Adaware, Spybot S&D, Ccleaner,(thats all I remember at the moment).
My WinVista currently has:
Norton Internet Security 2007
The NIS 2007 has a real-time spyware program which is activated. Spysweeper is real-time and is running at all times. SuperAntispyware is not real-time, I run it and update it manually, Windows defender is "off", I run it manually. Ccleaner is used manually. I used A-squared on WinXP but I don't know if it works with Vista. Does anyone know if A-squared is compatible with Vista? If so, do you think I should download and use it?(your opinion, is it good?). Without the A-squared, am I protected enough with the above mentioned programs?
I hope this makes sense....any input is appreciated.
