Ok, i just re-installed windows on my computer, i have service pack 2 and stuff, i installed the driver and the program onto the computer and evrything, but every time i try to use the cam, it freezes and whatever application I'm trying to use freezes. Sometimes it'll work for a short period of time, but then it freezes. Anyone have any ideas on what might be wrong with it? If you need mroe info just ask.

When you re-installed Windows, did you also re-install all the appropiate drivers for your system?

In "system", "device manager", do any of the items show up with that dreaded yellow "!"?

I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!

No "big yellow question mark", either?

Did you check for an updated driver for the webcam?
