About a week ago i downloaded some plug-in for music and it downloaded enhancemyserch and some other mew desktop icons MyPCsearch and 888.com poker site, whenever I was on Internet Explorer i would get a web site caled Enhance my search pop up I dont see many of those anymore but just many pop-ups can someone PLEASE tell me what is wrong or what to do, i have ad-aware, killbox, and spybot..please tell me what to do.

I just deleted 2 things from generic downloader.f from virus scan

When you respond to your own log, it looks to us as though someone has already helped you, so then your post gets overlooked...that may be part of the problem.

Put a checkmark next to the following entries in HijackThis. Make sure all
other windows and browsers are closed before clicking on “Fix Checked”

Boot into SAFE MODE by tapping the f8 key during boot up.

Open My Computer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Now click"Apply to all folders"

Click "Apply" then "OK. While you still have the My Computer Window open, click on C:\. Browse to these entries and delete them:

C:\Program Files\CSBB\CSv10P070.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\apycxt.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\jnczgc.exe
C:\PROGRA~1\VBouncer\VirtualBouncer.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\wsxsvc\wsxsvc.exe

ligpmsg.exe



If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try again.
