Please help me remove this DR Systems Web Product Intallation garbage from my computer. I did every single step to clean up my computer and intall all of your recommended products. Do you know what this program is? Is it the cause of my computer "not responding", not opening up websites and running slow. I have notice a little more speed since I followed the security recommendations from this awesome site, but I want this mess gone. Please help me.

Thanks so much,

I believe this is for "Dr. Web". a "security" program. If this is a new computer it could have come bundled with it. I believe it's bundled with the Yahoo Toolbar and some ISP's may offer it. See if there's any thing refering to Dr. Web in Add / Remove programs.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
