Hello Stepherz804 and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I don't see any signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.
The sfc.dll is a Windows operating system file. If the system is not recognizing it as a valid Windows file then it is more than likely corrupt. It can become corrupted because the operating system itself is corrupt or because the hardware was damaged when it got "burned" (I am assuming that this means it got hit by lightning).
To see if it is the operating system the Windows XP Home and Professional
forum can assist with performing a repair install. This should replace any damaged files and bring the operating system back into a stable state. If that doesn't work then more than likely some of the hardware was also damaged. This could include the motherboard, the hard drive or any of the electronic components inside the computer. These are harder to find and diagnose. The Hardware
forum would be best suited to dealing with that.
Depending on what damage was done and what the repair personnel did to fix the issues, continuing problems might signal that there are still damaged components in the system. It would be prudent to backup any important information while it is still possible.
Try the 2 forums above and let the techs in those forums check out the operating system and the hardware. Let them know that you have already been to this forum and that no malware was found.
