I am looking to get a new PC and am looking for something without VISTA installed, I am looking on Tigerdirect.com, and see that they offer some with Windows XP Media Center 2005 as the OS...Is there a big difference between Media Center and XP Home Edition? I just want to make sure before I consider purchasing...Thanks...
Friends, help! A guinea-pig tricked me!

No, there's not a whole bunch of difference - and that can be made up with an assortment of freeware apps that will (IMO) work even better than the stuff included in MCE>
