Hello,
I'm Mark. I live in Houston, TX. I am joining because I have just found that my computer has the about:blank virus. I'm hoping on getting some help getting this problem erased.

Thats a pesky problem, but it can be taken care of, Mark.

Best advice I can offer is to read HERE
and follow those first steps. Then, exercise patience as the problem on your particular computer will likely need attention and feedback as the next steps are outlined. It does take a while to complete the process, so I guess... now is a good time to begin. :thumbsup:

The Pros here will help you rid yourself of the viruses, malware, etc.

But it'll be up to you to follow the advice presented to stay free of those items.
