Hello Illusion13 and welcome to BleepingComputer!

My name is Johannes and I will be dealing with your log today.
Please note that comments are made in green, links are in red and important things are outlined by using the blue color.

Please also take note of the following:
  • I will start working on your Malware issues, this may or may not, solve other issues you have with your machine.
  • The fixes are specific to your problem and should only be used for this issue on this machine
  • The process is not instant. Please continue to review my answers until I tell you your machine is clear. Absence of symptoms does not mean that everything is clear.
  • If you don't know, stop and ask! Don't keep going on.
  • Please reply to this thread. Do not start a new topic.
Please give me some time to look over your log and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Johannes

Hi Illusion13,

"Due to the status of some of the files you have on your computer, I strongly recommend that you do the following immediately. Disconnect the infected computer from the internet until the computer can be cleaned. From a clean computer, change your online passwords-- for email, for banks, eBay, forums etc.... Do not change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker may get the new passwords and transaction information. "

You are missing one important program on that computer: An antivirus.
This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world. You need to install an antivirus program as soon as you can and run a complete scan of the computer:I see you have AVG Anti-Spyware installed. This is good, but not the same as Antivirus software and hence I strongly recommend installing one of the above. I see you already got a firewall, that is a good start.

You have HijackThis installed on your desktop. While this is nothing entirely bad, I would prefer you to uninstall / remove HijackThis and install it with the following file again. This just ensures that backups you may make will not get lost or damaged.

Step #1

Please click here to download HijackThis.

In order to install and run it, please follow the instructions at the link provided above. Should you wish to make a shortcut to the programme, please do the following:
  • navigate to c:\program files\hijackthis
  • select hijackthis.exe so that it is highlighted
  • right-click it with your mouse pointer hovering over the hijackthis.exe file
  • and choose send to --> choose desktop (create shortcut)
Please come back here to this thread and paste the log in your next reply.

Step #2

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malware can use to infect your system. A malicious site could render Java content under older, vulnerable versions of Sun's software if the user has not removed them. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update:
  • Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) and save it to your desktop.
  • Scroll down to where it says "Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6u1...allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Read the License Agreement and then check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement".
  • The page will refresh.
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save the file to your desktop.
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  • Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, double-click on Add/Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  • Check (highlight) any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  • Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  • Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u1-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.
Step #3
  • Download this file - combofix.exe
  • Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you, combofix.txt. Post that log in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

When done, please report back with your combofix log and a fresh HijackThis log.
