how can i remove a trojan-spy.win32.goldun.ms.
i got infected filesharing in windows live messenger.
if i run anti-virus scans on these folders they crash.
please advise i would be very greatfull.

Love your avatar.

Please have a look at this topic. See especially Quietman7's post (#4). It explains your situation. Follow his instructions there to the letter, and do not neglect to follow the advice in the last paragraph.

Suggestion: When you post the HJT log, make sure you mention goldun or haxdoor in the topic title.
