Sometimes there are two instances of explorer.exe running.

Welcome to Bleeping Computer. No two Explorer.exe's running in this view, and no infection showing here either. You do have some startup items disabled in msconfig though, so not everything is showing right now. Not much to go on though - do you have any indications of infection, through scan results or other problems on this system?
