Hi Pk1,

I found two items at MSN for you to overview while we wait for a PRO here to help.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;302777

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...kb;en-us;834484

They may help you define the problem a little better, and you might be able to
provide some additional information here to help the techs.

BTW - Welcome to Bleeping Computer

Regards,
~Koan
