Hi is it possible to have a moving picture as your dispaly picture, and how do I do this please

I know one thing for sure. It is POSSIBLE! I have a "moving picture" (A moving Skull with fire around it) as my Display Picture in MSN, its really cool.

However, I cant answer HOW to do this, Because my friend did it for me :thumbsup:
