IE doesn't work ( says it can't find the internet)
Zone Alarm won't update ( act's like the internet is not there)
Mozilla works fine

Need some help please :thumbsup:

Are there any error messages in the Event Viewer?

You didn't mention your OS, but if it is XP,

did you disable XP's firewall?

yes I have XP but it's not the firewall I tried that allready mail works and the windows update works but no IE or zone alarm update
