my computer freezes randomly and i have to restart it. it is also running very slow compared to what it use to.
and i downloaded a tv show and whenever i try to open the file and select one of the videos it says "IE has experienced problems and needs to close" i can still select the files but as soon as i click close the file closes, and all of the items on the desktop disappear for a few seconds.
