Okay, hey everyone, this is the first time I have posted here. I am having an issue with a virus and I am completely virus incompetent. I have Norton 2002 and when I run it indicates that I have two viruses. When I try to repair them it fails, quarantine fails, and deleting them fails. All that I get back from Norton is that they are both Trojans and are in these locations:

Thats all I know about them. This computer was bought second hand (luckily cheap) and they seem to have already been on it. Can anyone help me on finding out more about these viruses an how to remove them?

We.come to BC.
Cannot find anything on those file names. Is Norton up to date?

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
