...............ok, em~ a brief intro. I am from Hong Kong. Female. My IT specialist introduces me here to look for solution of my PC's problem. I am now trying the way u guys suggested.

Please take the time to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.
