"system Alert" Pop Up

Please help me pluck this junk from my machine. My Norton picked this up coming in and I ran CC cleaner, Adware, Reg Cure ...and others. Machine seems to be okay except for this anoyying popup on my tray. It says "System Alert..." and links to "SpyLocked".
See attach log.

I cant seem to copy and paste the log I ran from your directions using Hijack this. ?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
