correo no tengo cuentas creadas.

From AltaVista BabelFish:

A warm greeting to all the jurisdictional ones. Use only Outlook Express, I have it like manager of post office predetermined, as well as of groups of the news. But once in a while when creating a mail from an Internet page opens Microsoft to me Outlook. How I can do so that Outlook Express is always opened. For which use Microsoft Outlook is for sending sms with a program that needs this program. In him, to avoid when I open it that it receives mail I do not have created accounts

So, I presume the question is "How do I set OE as the default program when clicking on email links on a web page?"
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
