I can not seem to locate the downloaded optional files in my notebook with Vista OS. I browsed through the "view installed updates" in the Programs and Features, I only saw the Important or high priority updates installed. The rest if the "optional ones" confirmed in the Windows Update site as successfully installed are nowhere to be found. Can anyone please help.
