I get the following error: "A required .DLL file, WS2_32.DLL, was not found." when trying to run S&D. I'm running Win95 on a laptop with 48MB of RAM.

How do I get this .DLL file back?

I think I would just uninstall / reinstall it. Have you tried updating it?

Spybot 1.4 (the current version) is not supported in 95
Make sure that you are running version 1.3
You also need the Winsock update
See http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/11.html
In the beginning there was the command line.
