I have got a problem with my laptop. Since a few days I can’t log-on into Windows XP, all I see is the screen with the XP-logo in the background.
I had waited for 15 minutes a few times and nothing happened, so I decided to reinstall Windows XP but it didn’t work. The laptop showed the message that it couldn’t get a connection to my hardware. I’m afraid it’s a virus.

I would really appreciate if you could give me a hint what happened with my computer and what I have to do now.
