Hey there. I'm trying to clean up my parents' computer before I head back to school tomorrow. I just can't seem to get rid of the two viruses mentioned in the title. I've tried safe mode. I'm using Norton Corporate edition. They just keep coming back upon restart. I can't figure this out. The computer is Windows 98se. More info:

backdoor.lithium is listed as "bnmkl32.exe" in "C:\WINDOWS\"
pws.hooker.trojan is listed as "ndrbk32.dll" in "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\"

I'm totally lost here. Thanks for any help.
