I watch this video, you don't have to watch the whole 5 min, just fast foward to the very end, and you'll see all the small pictures turns into one big picture, I heard there is a program for this, does anyone know?

That's a matter of putting the right image in the right spot in order to create another image...like you'd want darker photos for the hair, and lighter photos for the skin. For darker and lighter, I mean as in the overall image, not under or over exposed  It's actually very time consuming.
War produces veterans, wounded both physically and mentally. They have sacrificed for us.....and it is now our job to help these veterans, as they have already helped us in ways we will never know, in ways that we cannot fathom, and in ways that we take granted every day.

Sounds like you're talking about PhotoMosaics.

Here's a link to a software comparison list: http://www.aolej.com/mosaic/compare.htm
