Just had outlook re-installed on my computer. Since then it has been very sluggish and often times will freeze up. I am running windows XP and outlook 2003. Any steps to take to make this better. I have run virus and spyware checker and all is OK.

Look in the Event Viewer in the Administrative Tools. They are located in the Control Panel.
Copy & paste the late four error for each category.
