Anyone know for sure what this is? I read that it's a Trojan, but when she scanned her computer with Norton it told her there were no viruses on there. Any suggestions on how to remove it?

If you continue to have problems after following the self-help guide, download RogueRemover and save to you Desktop. (This program is for Win XP, 2000, NT only)
  • Double-click on rr-free-setup.exe to install in C:\Program Files\RogueRemover. During the installation an icon will automatically be created on your Desktop.
  • Double-click on the RogueRemover icon to launch the program.
  • Select "Scan" and the program will walk you through the remaining steps.

Thanks from a fellow Ohioan!

I think my mother-in-law ended up taking her laptop into a local place to get it fixed. I showed her the instructions for removing it herself. Bless her heart, she said it was toooo far over her head...lol. I got such great responses about this though. Thanks a lot!
