Welcome to BC!
You will find a lot of great tutorials on keeping your computer secure, and good advice and information in the appropriate threads, and of course, lots of people are willing to share their experience in a friendly manner, too.
Cheers,
John

Malware is one of the trickiest things to get off the computer. The removal methods are as varied as the rouge applications themselves. Take you time in the tutorials and feel free to ask questions as needed. I have listed a few of the most popular tutorials for your convenience.
