Hi
I've had to reinstall XPPro due to various issues. I'm in the process of reinstalling all the usual software and wondered is there a way to 're-enable' or migrate the existing user accounts to the new installation of windows?
All the user data is there but I don't want to create new accounts with the same name etc and redo all the favourites etc - anyone know any quick/easy/alternative ways?

Cheers
Andy.

Hi
Thanks for the pointer - I'm s l o w l y getting to grips with the ms support site - I find it takes me aaaages to locate what I'm after.
The steps were useful. I managed to recreate the user accounts (mostly). Shame about the desktop preferences going awol but you can't have everything.
Thanks for the help, appreciated.

Andy.
