Hi, I hope that you can help me.

I opened outlook (2003) this morning and in the bottom left corner it said as usual how many emails were in my inbox. On this ocassion it said 57 although only 29 were on my screen. What appears to be missing are emails older that one week (I think). Can anybody tell me what is going on.

Many thanks

If it will make you feel any better,

you aren't the first person to do that.

I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!
