Hello group! My name is Ashley and I'm new to this world. Having problems despite every possible firewall, virus scan, etc etc etc....hoping this crowd can help! Hope all is well for everyone.

They have some pretty smart cookies around here!! :thumbsup: You might want to check out the Tutorials and the New Member Orientation if you haven't already. I don't know how experienced you are with the computer but there is always something new to learn around BC.
