My PC is infected with the jkhhf.dll trojan. IE and Firefox pop up; sometimes it's a Win Antivirus Pro ad, sometimes they're random. My spyware and antivirus programs keep removing spyware and trojans and it's mostly the same ones. I see smitfraud toolbar at spybot as well as a win antivirus pro thing, and Symantec Anti Virus has found a Trojan.Vundo. I also get Infostealer all the time that Symantec deletes. Thank you very much for looking into this!

Hi Dancing_Pineapple,
Welcome to Bleeping Computer,
I will be handling your log to help you get cleaned up.

I want you to show hidden files. There are instructions HERE to help you do this.
You should have Administrator rights to perform the fixes. Some of the instructions I give may need to be printed or saved for reference during the fix. Some of the fix will be done in safe mode so you will be unable to access this thread at that time. These instuctions should be read first, then followed. If you do not understand something, don't be afraid to ask. I will respond with a fix soon.

    • On the main screen select the icon "Update" then select the "Update now" link.
      • Next select the "Start Update" button, the update will start and a progress bar will show the updates being installed.
    • Once the update has completed select the "Scanner" icon at the top of the screen, then select the "Settings" tab.
    • Once in the Settings screen click on "Recommended actions" and then select "Quarantine".
    • Under "Reports"
      • Select "Automatically generate report after every scan"
      • Un-Select "Only if threats were found"

    Under Main choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
If you use Firefox browserClick Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
If you use Opera browserClick Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
For Technical Support, double-click the e-mail address located at the bottom of each menu.

IMPORTANT: Do not open any other windows or programs while AVG Anti-Spyware is scanning, it may interfere with the scanning proccess:
  • Lauch AVG Anti-Spyware by double-clicking the icon on your desktop.
  • Select the "Scanner" icon at the top and then the "Scan" tab then click on "Complete System Scan".
  • AVG Anti-Spyware will now begin the scanning process, be patient this may take a little time.

  • Next select the "Reports" icon at the top.
  • Select the "Save report as" button in the lower left hand of the screen and save it to a text file on your system (make sure to remember where you saved that file, this is important).
  • Close AVG Anti-Spyware and reboot your system back into Normal Mode and post the results of the AVG Anti-Spyware report scan.
6.
[b]When you are finished, please reboot the computer normally, and post a new HijackThis log, and the AVG Anti-Spyware report, here in a reply. I will check those files you have uploaded. Also, please let me know of any problems you may have encountered.

I found C:\WINNT\system32\pfrmixtd.dll and sent it to UploadMalware. I could't locate the following files:
C:\WINNT\system32\ufoygjek.dll
C:\WINNT\system32\jkhhf.dll
They seem to be nowhere in my system, though Spybot's System Startup list still seems to note jkhhf.dll. When I open my PC there's an error window popping up that says ufoygjek.dll is missing. I had forgotten all about it as I just mechanically clicked okay at startup.
I have also remembered that I had unchecked some of the files I saw at the Tools/System Startup section of Spybot, assuming that it was, in a way, putting them in quarantine. I did that before creating the HijackThis log I posted. If you want me to, I can repost a HijackThis log for you now that I've checked them again.
I installed AVG, but I can't seem to update for hours now. Says the server isn't ready to serve. Any ideas?

Thankyou for uploading that file. Could you please complete the instructions I made in my last post, including updating AVG. Post the AVG log and a fresh Hijack This log when you have done that.
