I keep getting this blue screen with error information on it sometimes when I play 9dragons. Does anyone have any ideas why this happens and how to fix it?

Sincerely,

Myron Mason

Look in the Event Viewer located in the Administrative Tools. If you cannot narrow it down please post the last four error messages here.

There could be a number of issues here :

1) Faulting memory Please do a memory check at www.memtest86.org
2) Hard disk dailures Please download the diagnostic tools of the supplier
of your hard disk and post back the results

Let's start here

I have Mcafee virus scan and AVG antispyware running. I also have other spyware programs installed. Like I said before, it only shows up when I play 9dragons; it does not do this to other games.

Sincerely,

Myron Mason

The more I think about it, it sounds like a bad driver. Are you up to date on windows Updates? Have you check for video driver updates?

Have you gone to the website of the game maker and checked to see if the game has updates? Games, like any software, also have updates to resolve glitches it the code and patch security issues.
