two entries keep showing up on HJT

Here is a current HJT! log. I don't think the O-15 lines should be there, but they keep coming back after they have been checked for fixing.

Any other suggestions as to what to fix would be appreciated.

No, those lines shouldn't be there. There is one of two ways to remove them. We'll go for the easy way first, and if that doesn't work, then we'll go on to the next.

Open IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Security>Trusted Sites, and delete those entries:
*.frame.crazywinnings.com
*.frame.crazywinnings.com (HKLM)

Once you have done that, reboot and post a new log, and we'll see if they are gone. :thumbsup:
