Hi Mikz86TA, welcome to BC!

Try this:

Warning! This procedure involves editing the registry! Make a backup of the registry before continuing! Click Here To Learn How.

Open the registry (Start->Run regedit )
Navigate to this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\App
Management\ARPCache

Delete the ARPCache folder

The ARPCache is where
Add/Remove stores details of the programs that show in the list, but it
doesn't automatically remove those details when you uninstall a program.
Deleting the key will force Windows to rebuild it. If you don't like to
manually edit the Registry, copr the text below into notepad and save the file as DeleteARPCache.reg to the desktop.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\App
Management\ARPCache]

Now double click on the file to delete the key:
