I have some Java thing on my computer. I know it's important for some things, but can I uninstall the previous updates? Here's a list of the stuff I have on here:
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 10
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 8
Java ™ SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 1

My guess is that I uninstall the Java 5.0 things, but I don't really want to uninstall them until I'm sure that they can be removed.

Thanks in advance!

You may uninstall all the JRE 5 files. Keep only the latest version on your hard drive.
