Can someone help with the following.
I would warn you that I am no computer expert so any advice will need to be step by step.
When switching on our computer we receive a blue screen and the error message:
Stop: C000021a (Fatal System Error) The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xC0000096 (0x00000000 0x00000000) The system has been shut down
The only way that we can use the computer is to use safe mode with networking.
I'd start doing multiple malware scans or consider a full system restore (format and reinstall).
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
