Does anyone know if I would have conflicts or issues with Outlook Express or Yahoo, etc emails - if I were to install Outlook to use as my primary email account?

Should I keep Outlook Express and install Outlook - or do I need to have Outlook Express off my computer before installing Outlook? Do I loose all my information and have to start all over? Will I need to contact my service provider to set it up?

Will Outlook take over my other email accounts?

I have previously experienced where installing Outlook after using Outlook Express has caused all my email accounts, including Yahoo, to grab all the emails.

I do not want that to happen. I would however like to have all the additional features Outlook offers. I did not realize that it would be similar to like Lotus Notes. I did not understand the difference between Outlook and Outlook Express and no-one was able to explain it to me. Now I get it, but I am afraid of causing headaches, that it would not be a easy transition.

anyone who can offer input would be helpful
