My computer maybe riddled with viruses. I've been getting an unending stream of alerts from norton and avg saying I have winfixer, infostealer, adware generic2.do, and trojan horse generic3.uub. I've run the virus scan in safe mode and things seemingly get better for a couple of hours, but soon then the pop ups and alerts begin again. This has been happening for about a week now.

I really have no idea where to begin, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Bleeping Computer ghstwrld,

Follow the instructions in How to Remove WinFixer / Virtumonde / Msevents / Trojan.vundo..
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
