I would like to know what this is, and how to remove it. This is my first post, and have old security systems in which i have to buy. I don't know where to start to clean my computer out. I'm sure my computer is infected quite a bit.
Any help?
I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Thank you.

Super Antispyware says it can remove Ipwins. Use both programs linked below

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.
